This appeal involves an issue relating to Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.191, speedy trial. Just prior to trial on two informations consolidated for trial the court entered an order suppressing evidence. An interlocutory appeal followed and this court ultimately reversed the ruling and remanded the case for trial.
