PER CURIAM.

This petition for writ of common law certiorari to review the circuit court's affirmance of petitioner's conviction in the county court is denied in view of our recent decision in State v. Duke, 378 So.2d 96 (Fla. 2d DCA 1979), and because we do not find that the circuit court departed from the essential requirements of law.
