This appeal arises out of an accident between Mrs. Decker and an uninsured motorist. The Deckers seek reversal of an adverse final declaratory judgment which determined the rights of the parties under an insurance policy. The judgment determined that the Deckers were not entitled to underinsured motorist coverage limits in an amount equivalent to the bodily injury limits of the policy.
