Plaintiffs, Bain D. Slack and Joseph W. Greenwald, seek a reduction in the price of a commercial building purchased from defendants, James H. Iglehart and Huey Ray Andrus. Plaintiffs alleged as grounds for their demands that the roof of the building leaked, that the air conditioning and heating equipment failed to function properly and that the plumbing system failed.
