This action was brought by the plaintiff, Carey Industries, Inc., pursuant to section 108 of the Renegotiation Act of 1951, as amended (50 U.S.C.App. § 1218 (Supp. V 1975)). On August 31, 1973, the Renegotiation Board determined under that Act that the plaintiff's profit from defense contracts and subcontracts during the review year (December 1, 1968, through May 31, 1969...
