This is an action brought by plaintiff Advance Components, Inc. against Goodstein for specific performance of a contract to convey real estate based upon the exercise of an option to purchase contained in a lease. The trial court granted defendant's motion for summary judgment, thereby denying specific performance, and denied defendant recovery of attorney's fees under the lease.
