PURTLE, Justice.

The trial court directed a verdict for the appellee at the close of the appellant's presentation in a suit for damages alleged to have been caused by appellee's breach of an employment contract with appellant.

Appellant argues on appeal that the trial court erred in granting appellee's motion for a directed verdict. We agree.
