Defendant, Robert A. Passerin, appeals his jury trial conviction in 1978 of five counts of arson in the second degree and one count of solicitation in the second degree arising out of a fire which occurred on September 28, 1975 at defendant's place of business in New Castle County, Delaware. Defendant was convicted and sentenced to ten years incarceration for one count of arson and a total of 24 years suspended...
