JAMES C. HILL, Circuit Judge:

A jury found that Hamp Webb willfully shot a passing helicopter. 18 U.S.C.A. § 32 (West 1969). Webb appeals his conviction, claiming evidentiary error and misconduct by the trial judge. We affirm.
