The Plaintiffs-Appellees, Peter Taillie and Paul Taillie, sued the Defendant-Appellant, K.Q. Chedester, and Defendant Jerry Hankins, for the value of certain cabinets built for installation in a residence being constructed for Defendant Chedester.
