SCHROEDER, Circuit Judge:

Appellant raises four issues in his appeal from conviction of two counts of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. 2113(a). We affirm both convictions.

Appellant urges first that his convictions must be reversed because of violation of his rights under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act. 18 U.S.C.App. Congress enacted the statute in an attempt to systematize the transfer of prisoners...
