OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

This is a workmen's compensation case in which plaintiff was denied compensation benefits and she appeals. We affirm.

Plaintiff was an art teacher employed by defendant. Defendant and the Sipapu Ski Base had a cooperative program whereby Sipapu provided expert and certified ski instruction to defendant's students.
