Nathan J. Hill, a juvenile of the age of 14 years, was charged with delinquency based upon two counts of burglary in that he allegedly remained in a building with intent to commit theft in violation of Sec. 76-6-202, U.C.A. 1953 as amended. He appeared before the juvenile court below, accompanied by his father and a probation officer of that court, for the purpose of entering a plea.
