A jury found appellant, William Terry Hulen, guilty of murdering Robert Quickery. Appellant argues the State failed to present evidence sufficient to prove that appellant's conduct was unlawful. Although appellant's argument is set forth in one section, it appears that he is making two arguments: First, that the State failed to prove defendant's conduct was unlawful because it did not present sufficient proof on the absence of heat of passion...
