Trial was had of this court tried case on July 12, 1978, and on September 30, 1978, a money judgment in the amount of $9,717.07 was entered against the defendants Bradbury and impressed as a mechanic's lien against the real estate owned by the Bradburys in which the defendant The Farmers Bank of Stover had an equitable interest.
