This is a deceptive trade practice case. Eleven San Antonio police officers1 sued Webster College for representations made to them in connection with a course of study in criminal justice. The jury answered liability issues against Webster College and fixed damages for expenditures for tuition and books, cost of travel to and from classes and mental anguish.
