OPINION

CORNISH, Presiding Judge:

Robert Lee Frazier was convicted of Murder in the First Degree in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, Case No. CRF-77-987, and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Mary Livingston was fatally shot in the chest on the evening of April 19, 1977, in the Tulsa residence where she resided with her daughter, granddaughter and the appellant. The appellant testified that the...
