Plaintiff-appellant, Charles L. Liberto, was the general contractor for a construction project undertaken by Mucavil, Incorporated. Liberto brings suit here against that corporation and two of the three shareholders in the corporation for breach of the construction contract between himself and the corporation. The two shareholder defendants1 are Joseph Villard and Jack Mule, Jr.
