This appeal is from an order of the Pike Circuit Court dismissing a direct appeal from the Pike County Fiscal Court and a petition for a writ of prohibition. The Pike Circuit Court ruled that there was no longer any provision for a direct appeal to the circuit court from actions by a fiscal court and that it had no authority to grant a writ of prohibition.
