Appellant, Connie Lee Mumphord, filed this suit against appellee, First Victoria National Bank (Bank), and Neumann's Food Store, Inc. of Victoria, Texas (Neumann's), for damages and to set aside a foreclosure sale to Neumann's by the trustee for the Bank of certain property originally owned by Mumphord.
