PILKINTON, Judge.

On September 6, 1972, in White County, Arkansas, a motor vehicle owned by W. J. Davis and operated by Charnel E. Simmons was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle owned by Julian Hays and occupied by his wife, Hazel. It is conceded that the accident was caused by the negligence of Mr. Simmons and resulted in damages to Mr. and Mrs. Hays.
