This case is before this Court upon the petition to transfer of defendant-appellant, Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC). Appellees Mike Roberts and the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board (IEERB) prevailed at trial when the trial court entered judgment in favor of the school employee organization and upheld the decision of the IEERB that the school corporation was guilty of an unfair practice.
