This cause was instituted by a show-cause order issued by the judges of the Criminal Court of Davidson County, Tennessee. The only such order contained in the record was addressed to an individual, Mr. Chris Hood, directing him to appear before the judges to show cause why his privilege to act as a professional bail bondsman should not be suspended or revoked.
