Mrs. Marie Wall, a 46 year old widow, filed suit on October 11, 1977, against the Village of Tallulah, Louisiana, for damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained on October 15, 1976 when she tripped and fell over a raised portion of the sidewalk adjoining South Elm Street in Tallulah. Defendant municipality answered, denying liability, and pleading contributory negligence as a bar to plaintiff...
