Petitioner Freddie Brockington, together with Theodore Washington and Michael Jones, was indicted and charged with robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts), assault in the second degree (two counts), grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.
