Appellant was charged with the aggravated robbery of a Conway supermarket on April 24, 1979. After three employees of the store testified that he was definitely the man who had committed the robbery and a fingerprint expert identified a thumb print on the cash register drawer as appellant's, he was convicted by a jury on November 15, 1979, and sentenced to imprisonment for 50 years.
