CRIST, Judge.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of driving while intoxicated (second offense) and sentenced to a jail term of fifteen days. We affirm.

The defendant does not attack the sufficiency of the evidence and thus only a brief statement of facts is necessary. On March 13, 1978, the defendant was arrested by a police officer in Winfield, Missouri, for driving while intoxicated. Prior to the arrest, the officer observed the defendant run a stop sign...
