TATE, Circuit Judge:

The defendant pleaded guilty to a count of possession of stolen mail, an offense punishable by imprisonment of not more than five years. 18 U.S.C. § 1708. He was sentenced to a three-year prison term. On his appeal his sole contention is that imprisonment is excessively harsh punishment, since he is a paraplegic confined to a wheelchair and in need of specialized medical attention.
