This suit was originally filed by Appellees, Dean Sanditen and Sanditen Properties, Ltd., asking the trial court to enter a judgment declaring a certain lease agreement terminated and further declaring that the Appellants, Pitman and Lifshutz, no longer have any claim or interest in and to the leased premises and all improvements situated thereon.
