The plaintiff, Woody's Camper Sales, Inc., is engaged in the retail sale of motor vehicle campers at a location on the outskirts of Little Rock, Arkansas. For the past ten years plaintiff's operations and inventory have been financed by Borg-Warner Acceptance Corporation under a floor-plan arrangement.
