This was an action to determine the arrearage of alimony and child support due under a Kentucky divorce decree and to obtain judgment thereon.

The parties were divorced in May 1976 by decree of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, Kentucky. The decree ordered the husband to pay monthly installments of alimony and child support.
