This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. Appellant's probation was revoked after the trial court judicially noticed the record of a murder trial previously held before him. On appeal, it is contended that the evidence was insufficient to support the court's revocation order. In a prior opinion we held that the trial court properly noticed the record in the murder trial.
