The state attorney filed an information against a sixteen year old child for robbery and use of a firearm while committing or attempting to commit a felony. Said procedure is authorized by the statute and the defendant is then treated as an adult unless (1) the defendant files a motion requesting that he be transferred to the juvenile division for adjudicatory hearing and (2) establishes that he has not been twice adjudicated...
