On March 20, 1978, appellees filed a taxpayers' suit seeking an accounting and restitution of expense funds paid to Lee Munson as Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas. Voluminous pleadings and two days of testimony resulted in a decision by Chancellor Weisenberger denying an accounting, finding the appellant had failed to properly explain certain items of expense and awarding judgment to Pulaski County...
