The first and fourth named plaintiffs, Carl Wagner and Sons and Carl's, are New York partnerships. The second and third named plaintiffs, Carlson-Scheff Corp. and Wagner Bros. Haberdashery, Inc., are New York corporations. Plaintiffs operate four retail clothing stores in the greater New York City area.
