Aircraft Engine and Accessory Company, Inc., appellee, sued Jim Geders, Astro-Wing Airlines, Inc., Astro-Wing Aviation, Inc., Dallas Flight Center and Bradford Boyar, Jr., appellants, for conversion of an aircraft engine which appellee loaned to Boyar. Trial was to a jury, which awarded appellee $5,300 actual damages and a total amount of $35,000 as exemplary damages, which sum was composed of specific amounts against each defendant. We affirm...
