This is an appeal from a jury verdict judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit for personal injuries allegedly caused by the defendant's negligence while she was a passenger in her husband's automobile.

In response to the interrogatories propounded to it, the jury found defendant's negligence was the proximate cause of the accident and that plaintiff had a preexisting arthritic condition which was not caused or aggravated by the accident. No appeal...
