WERNICK, Justice.

Defendant Harold Tracy has appealed from a judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Waldo County) on the verdict of a jury finding him guilty of having intentionally and knowingly trafficked in a Class Z drug, marijuana (17-A M.R. S.A. § 1103). The sole point raised on appeal is that the presiding Justice committed an abuse of discretion in denying defendant's pre-trial motion that because of allegedly adverse pre-trial publicity...
