Convicted of aiding and encouraging the crimes of rape (§ 559.260, RSMo Supp.1975) and burglary (§ 560.040, RSMo 1969), defendant was sentenced to concurrent terms of ten and five years on the respective charges. His challenge to the validity of § 491.015, RSMo Supp.1977, popularly known as the Missouri Rape Shield Law, brings the case here on appeal under Art. V, § 3, Mo.Const.
