Defendants M. I. Harris, Jr. and George T. Connell have moved this court to declare a mistrial and declare void the verdict of the jury returned in this cause on February 4, 1980. They allege that the petit jury panel of 32 persons called by the court for selection of a jury in this cause was selected contrary to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1861 et seq. and contrary to the United States Constitution...
