Defendant, Anne Gandy was arrested by officers of the Chester City Police Department on September 20, 1979. A preliminary arraignment was held the same day at which time bail was set at $2,500 (ROR). A preliminary hearing was held on September 28, 1979 at which time defendant was held for court.
