This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion for new trial which was filed to set aside a "post-answer" default judgment.

Appellees sued appellant for breach of an oral contract and a general denial was timely filed. Approximately one year later, on September 17, 1979, counsel for appellant was permitted to withdraw from the case.
