Lawrence Everett Allston appeals from orders of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia denying his Motion to Vacate Sentence filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255. We affirm.

The appellant was convicted of the murder of Hector Aponte, an inmate at the United States Penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. This court affirmed the conviction and sentence without opinion. United...
