On April 20, 1968 Marguerite Ebersold entered into an agreement with George and Donna Wise, Buyers and appellees herein, whereby Mrs. Ebersold agreed to sell and Buyers agreed to purchase a parcel of real estate located at 303 Monroe Street, Valparaiso, Indiana.
