The issue in this appeal is whether the trustees of an employee welfare trust violated the Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq. and Section 302 of the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 186, (LMRA), by enacting a certain amendment to the trust agreement.
