OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at fifty years.

The evidence shows that Furtick killed Leopoldo Galvan, his stepchild. He contends that the court erred (1) in admitting his confession, (2) in admitting certain photographs, and (3) in failing to grant a mistrial after withdrawing what appeared to be blood and vomit stained exhibits. We...
