The principal issue on appeal concerns the proper presentation to the jury of the matters contained in a loan receipt agreement entered into between the plaintiffs, Ingram and Kirk, and Greenwood Shopping Center and Greenwood Realty Corporation (hereafter collectively referred to as Greenwood).
