There are two questions in this appeal: (1) May a parent of minor children who joins in a petition to allow them to be adopted later attack the adoption decree because no formal surrender was signed? and (2) Even if the decree is subject to attack, are the allegations and proof sufficient to obtain relief from a final judgment under Rule 60 of the Tennessee Rules of Civil...
