Stat. 1977, ch. 37, par. 702-4(1)(b)) and granting permanent custody of her daughter, Evelyn Moore (Evelyn) to Evelyn's maternal grandmother (Mrs. Moore), also named Evelyn Moore. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 37, par. 705-7(1)(a).
