James Edward Lee, Jr. was convicted in the Circuit Court of Jackson County for distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine), was sentenced to serve a term of fifteen (15) years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary, and was fined fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
